Shipping
All shipments are made FOB Shipping Point. This means that you, the purchaser are responsible for all shipping costs when your items ships.
Your item(s) will be shipped using insured and traceable carriers, such as UPS, the United States Postal Service (USPS), and others. Xtreme Bargains will determine the method of shipping in its sole discretion.
If international shipping is required we will contact you with a quote after your order is placed. Please note, you the purchaser is responsible for any brokerage, duties, clearance fees, added value taxes, and/or other fees incurred due to your location or chosen shipping method.
Please contact us at the time you place your order if expedited shipping is required.
All claims of damage or loss during shipment should be filed with the shipping company. If you need assistance with filing your claim please call us at 631-803-6093, and we will assist you in any way we can.
Returns
It is your responsibility as the purchaser to notify us within 3 business days of receipt of the item if the product is damaged.

All claims based on damage not due to shipping, or if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the item at support@xtremeParts.net, or call us at 631-803-6093, so we may remedy the problem.
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please email us at support@xtremeParts.net, or call us at 631-803-6093 for your RMA number.
Return merchandise must be packed in the original shipping material with RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, or the package will not be accepted.
Regardless of where any return item(s) was shipped from, all returns must be sent to XtremeParts, 31 Mallard Drive, Huntington, NY 11743 at the expense of the purchaser. Items returned via COD will NOT be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay insurance and shipping costs on all items sent to us.
Please insure all returned items for the full purchase price.
All returns must be received within 10 working days of RMA date.
We do not accept the return of any merchandise that has been used. Only items that are in NEW condition and have not been damaged, are in the original, unopened factory packaging with all the original materials, manuals and instructions included are eligible to receive a refund, or credit of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items listed as CUSTOM, or CUSTOM APPLICATION, or UNIVERSAL may not be returned for compatibility issues.
Custom made items are not eligible for return.
No refunds will be made on any damaged or abused item. For example, do not put pins, patches or embroidery on any apparel or accessory until you are sure you want to keep the item.
We will not accept any items that have been altered from their original form. For example, we will not accept chaps that have had the length trimmed.
If you receive gloves that are too small, DO NOT force the fit. Please return them for the proper size. Gloves that have seams busted out because of improper fit will not be subject for refund.
If you receive boots that you need to return, the original box and all tags must be returned with the boots. Please use the box you received to ensure that there will be no damage to the merchandise.
